matt mcclain - Founder / CEO

     Matt is the CEO & Founder of HomeFlipFunding.com.  His extensive background and experience in real estate, mortgages, marketing, renovations and home improvement since the age of 18 have helped shape his established career and depth of knowledge.  Matt is recognized by many as a genuine industry leader, investor and educator.

     Matt gained invaluable knowledge about all things home improvement working full time for a large national home improvement chain while attending college. Upon graduating from college with a BA degree in Business Management, he was promoted to the corporate office, where he spent several years rising through the ranks as a respected, confident and knowledgeable management team member.  Matt went on to co-found a multi-faceted marketing company, working with a multitude of diverse clients including Fortune 500 corporations and celebrities. 

     With nearly 20  years in all aspects of the real estate and real estate lending industries, Matt understands the importance of nurturing relationships and building important alliances. From the start, he was approached by dozens of real estate investors because of his ability to handle entire projects from acquisition to funding and through renovation to sale.

     To date, Matt has completed over 250  various real estate projects including fix and flips, new home construction builds, land purchases and multifamily acquisitions.  He has also served as a consultant to several prominent online, television, and print media real estate and home improvement companies.

      His focused and consistent dedication to his client's success, the ability to both motivate and be of service to a wide variety of clients from first time investors to extremely high net worth individuals, and finding creative solutions, allows him to continue to meet and exceed his client's needs and expectations. Matt continues to build upon the strong foundation he forged almost two decades ago.
